What is your commission?
It depends on the service and the house. After the visit and realizing what you need, we present a clear proposal, with all the values broken down. There are no hidden costs.
Do I need to deliver the house exclusively?
We talked about this in the proposal. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with the model and that the house is treated as it deserves. We do not impose conditions that do not make sense to you.
What areas do you work in?
Albufeira, Porches and neighboring municipalities. If your home is in another area of the Algarve, please contact us — we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.
Who handles cleaning and maintenance?
Our team coordinates everything: cleaning between reservations, laundry, minor repairs, and specialists when needed. Any extraordinary expense is approved by you before moving forward.
How do I get booked money?
We transfer the amount due to you in the month we receive, together with the report and supporting documentation. We don't hold your money.
Can I use the house whenever I want?
The calendar is managed with you. Let us know the dates you want to be in the home, and we'll block that out in a timely manner.
